In my holistic counseling practice, I use Hakomi mindfulness-centered somatic therapy and combine energy healing and shamanic rituals to facilitate fundamental changes in your life. I believe we all have the natural ability to heal ourselves, so I strive to empower you to reclaim and re-awaken your healing abilities. About Mei
I grew up in China, near Mt. Emei, the sacred mountain of Buddhism which has been a pilgrim site for more 1300 years. Nurtured by natural beauty and cultural heritage, I developed a deep connection with nature and a reverence for ancient wisdom and traditions. My passion for exploring and learning led me to travel to the US and around the world, and eventually settle down in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In the past 10+ years, my curiosity led me to the inward exploration of human consciousness and psyche. My journeys of self-discovery and healing took me to different realms. I am inspired to help and guide fellow travelers on the same paths of healing and conscious-expansion.
I live in South Bay with my husband and daughter.
